If there were problems with the N75, what would the symptoms be?

Could do yes but so could a boost leak.

Any fault codes?

It's not mapped.

Occasionally have had the code that says 'boost leak between turbo and throttle body, check DV'. It's got a forge 007p which was installed last year. The car has always been a bit of a lame dog. Sometimes it picks up well, but you can then feel very quickly the power drop off and it goes limp.
