Standard small bumpers or big bumpers??? What do You think?

I prefer 90 spec, so big bumpers all the way for me.

However I think mk2s should have the bumpers they rolled out of the factory with!
If I see an early golf that has big bumpers instead of small I feel a little bit sick.

BB for me all day - but it's not what we think that matter it's what you "WANT" that matters...

BB conversion can be costly... F&R Bumpers, Arches, Side Trim & Lower sill covers with new rails & new brackets = about £300.00+ all 90 spec items fetch strong money, could be better finding a donor car in the correct colour!!

I switched mine back to small bumpers, I fall into the correct bumpers for the age camp though.

I will agree with some though, if it came out the factory with small, keep small.

I like the look of bb mk2s but i would guess it puts on an extra few pounds in weight as well.

but then came the mk3 with extra big bumpers and anchor = heavy

Thats what I did with mine whilst it was laid up without bumpers.
