Now to get your passport in the next year, right?

Isn't it just 'leave to remain' now?

I got mine in 2005, still not got my passport yet  Fookin' almost £1k now, wish I did it back then for much less

Congrats :afro:

How long ago did you apply? I went down to Croydon and done it in person ( I did go to Solihull but was 2 days too early to apply so got turned away  ), got it there and then after waiting about 3 hours in total. They say to keep 3 to 6 months bank statements and pay slips, I was getting paid weekly then so turned up with a huge stack of my pay slips, the look on the Ugandan womans face was priceless when she saw all of them and said "Why so many?"

Never needed to get my passport as I got indefinite leave to remain back then and something else always crops up so I never have £1k spare to get it. Besides if I got my passport my friends would expect me to support the English Rugby team
