mk3 fogs wiring?

can anyone give me an 'idiots guide' to the wiring of the front fogs for a mk3 golf please. i have bought a wiring kit from halfords with a relay but dont really have a clue with the wiring side, any help is appreciated.

There is a multi plug at the top left of the rad. Go to a breakers or GPC and get a replacement loom for the front lights with fogs. Swap them and get a headlight swich with a 2 stage pull. Jobs a winner!
