Admittedly you have had shocking service from your particular VW garages. Yes, you have every right to expect a high standard of service especially when they can see you are a careful and discerning gentleman owner. Their overall behaviour towards you has been shameful.
VW customer service delt with 4 different people maybe more as they kept leaving. Still have an open case.
VW dealers delt with 4 different ones over time(including the supplier dealer) all very poor experiences.
Hyundai dealer, Skoda dealer and Alfa dealer which are oddly all part of the same group as 2 of the VW dealers i have delt with i have not had any issues with.
