Don't worry, the cow/pig was old - I found evidence of plastic surgery.  :smug:
Nooooo. Don't tell me it is wearing rapidly and tearing beneath you.
No, it's just Jacara seat bases that do that.

The leather loses colour as it is cheap painted stuff and somehow missed a good tannery. You can scrape the paint off with your nails. Go on try it.
With use you can even dye your light coloured trousers with a faint grey hue.
Take some pictures of it sagging and stretching over time.

Real men wear dark coloured trousers and don't have long nails to pick at their seats.
It's never a good idea to have long nails whilst driving, should one hit a pothole whilst picking one's nose it can get a bit painful. Mind you the blood doesn't stain the goat/cow/pig/plastic/korean dog seats in my car.

I don't have long nails or pick my nose. But I do hit a pothole or two which causes me to deflate sometimes.

The 5yr warranty thing is no big deal.

When your VW turns 3 years old you will be offered an extended warranty.
£100 - £200 per year (depending on level of cover) as long as the car has covered under 100k.

The £200 pretty much matches the manufacturer's warranty.

Mk7 GTI. DBP, DCC, Winter pack. Mine since new, July 2013.

I am very happy with Wolfgang as are you with Wolfie.
So wonderful to drive and such eye candy in Red on a sunny day. Sooo many admiring looks today. I blushed to match Wolfgang's hue

they should just add it to the price and give it as standard... not like anyone would notice anyway

^^

Still get people drooling over my car and he's just had his 2nd birthday.

Quite a few people go out of their way just to comment or talk to me about him. All sorts of people.

The GTI is a very impressive car.

Freshly polished Deep Black is simply stunning.

Just looked at the terms of the extended warranty and this bad boy leaps out at me and the biggest get out clause I've ever seen!!!

"What is not covered?
Claims for mechanical breakdown of covered parts due to wear and tear, which the gradual deterioration is caused by the effects of age and/or mileage, are not covered. "
