The EK9 is identical to the EP3 regarding 0-60. The stats for the 0-60 was claimed by Honda when they released it but not a single mag or test has recreated it.

On the isle of wight all you can hear night time is tinny wasp sounding all look like your grandads car civics going up and down the duel.
I sit there thinking " for f**k sake, just change up" while they bounce it off the limiter in every gear.
Would p*ss me right off being inside one of those listening to that s*it screaming like a 2 stroke.
Raced one before while i was driving the mrs fiesta st. Could nt hear nothing with all that noise next to me doing no better than the fiesta. I like noise from a car but that noise i hate with a passion.

What? The island is full of dodgy wrx's driving every where with massive exhausts.

and lol at your fiesta st being as quick, you dont like em fine but dont talk sh!t. They sound like a 2.0 N/A running at high revs, they are just as quick as every other hatchback, the gearbox (one of the best in any car) allows the car to use every bit of power. I can gradually edge past a type R in a straight line and mine isnt slow.

The low price has let idiots buy them thinking they are very fast, they cant drive them and then move on. They require work and effort and so are extremely rewarding cars when you drive them properly. They are not made for gay dual races.

No, I'm sure Type-Rs were only bought by really switched on people when they were new.

That explains why new Hondas seem to have a near-magnetic attraction to the Nurburgring barriers.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

 Really ? ?

Iv been up against a few.. no contest at all...  would have thought yours would easily beat one.. like really easily...

Going to add here that i love the high revs of Jap cars and its what i grew up on. fantastic engines.. Iv had a CRX Vtec back in the day and it was good..

for me tho, the newer they get the less appeal they have to me. really like the shape Dan has, the White ones..had a duel with one of those and easily beat it.. tbh i mad fit look slow and the owner even said the same.. still love them tho.

The all new R Type is going to finally have a TURBO !!! and apparently be around the 210 bhp mark  (Auto express)
