If a pre arrival meet is on the cards a good meeting place is the Cross Hands pub at Old Sodbury on the A46 towards Stroud just off M4 J18 huge car park and 5 / 10 minutes from the circuit.

I debated it, but back to back weekends driving from East Anglia three hours for Audi day and then GTI Fest really didn't seem that appealing, so i'll be saving my trip for GTI fest on the 16th 
Can't say I blame you, it's a long trip for you.
If only this had been on last weekend with the brilliant weather. Typical.
