The American's have gone up to about this amount and their still moaning, so I'm thinking we'd still be moaning too!

Have to say I'm pretty impressed by the mpg according to DIS.

Majority of my driving is short distance (4 miles) commute for which the car averages 29mpg,  admittedley I nevr thrash it from cold so am short shifting to work and back each day.  On a long run based between 85 - 90 it records 37mpg.

Not bad for a claimed 275 bhp daily driver.

Well impressed,  previous K04 based S3's and TT's all averaged 22 and 32 on the same cycles.
