Yeah I'm a bit miffed I deliberately hadn't used them so I could maybe get a decent saving on something big but now I can't get on the site. As for it being reasonably priced delivery, 20 quid for 2 panel pots! I paid 3 euro to post a shoe box full of baby clothes to Scotland last week, that's reasonable, 20 notes for 2 panel pots that only come to 11.95 is too much.

Nobody ever lost any reward points, we changed shop software and so were unable to copy the reward points over, an e-mail was sent out to everybody though to say I would give them a discount code to cover the reward points for the first order on the new site, and then after that you get the new discount scheme which is 5% off.

As for the 2 panel pots for £20 postage, that is only if you select UPS as your delivery method, there is also a cheaper option with Royal Mail which I would guess to be about £3.

Again with the account not working, another e-mail was sent out (could have been the same one) to say that there was a generic password, but if this didn't work then just to re-register.

If you want me to look into your points and get a discount code made for you to cover the value of the points, just drop me an e-mail with your name and e-mail and i'll look into it for you.

It looks like I may need to send out another e-mail to explain the points above.

I do apologise. Three pound postage is very reasonable if all products are similar postage then I think my problem has been solved! I must admit since I moved I haven't been paying much attention to my e mails, I wasn't aware there has been a change on the website but it does explain the problems I have had. I really should emphasise how happy I was with waxamomo before I moved I'll be delighted if I can keep using them over here!

I've read my reply back and it seems a bit of a rant which it wasn't suppose to be sorry. I've explained it better here:

p.s. thanks for the kind words in your last reply, much appreciated

Don't apologise for your reply, I can understand you are probably fed up trying to explain this to people such as myself! I have re-registered but I am still getting 19.95 for delivery, royal mail is the only option the site will allow me to use. Am I missing something here?
