i had just overtaken and was coasting as it was downhill, but was easily up to 80 when i was passing?

still nothing through the post though, i'll keeping my fingers crossed....

they give you 10% +1 leaway usually  (78mph in a 70, 67 in a 60) but this isnt the law, so they can technically get you for 72.

also, your speedo is never truly asccurate, if you've ever driven with TomTom you'll notice your speed is always around 4mph less than displayed on your dials. fingers crossed you were doing 76 and they'll let you off.

i was in a 60 zone  :smiley:

but clear road ahead and just overtaken a slower moving vehicle and also down hill?? who knows, they may not have even had it set up and switched on as it was about 8:15 am.
