just wondered if any1 had any info on this ive just been in a meeting at work after i f**ked a job up basically what i do is laminate 2 food packages together 1 of the films is treated 1 side to help the glue stick i put the film the wrong way and it didnt stick   ive worked there nearly 3years and only had a verbal written warning over 12mths ago, anyway i ended up having a argument with the directer asking why its ok for him to catch a printer asleep whilst the machine is running and that not be a disciplin he just mumbled some sh!t..... :undecided: i also mentioned about the fact all of us dont have treater pens to check the film, conveniatly after months of asking and gettin told do u know how much they cost, my mate from work just txted an said theyve all been handed 1 and was told theyve had them for ages just forgot to hand them out   :undecided:

after the argument he said he didnt want to sack me but cant let this go as its a 10grand f**k up

You're an employee, not a contractor, so it's your employer that foots the bill. Sounds as though they've been neglegent by not handing out the pens sooner.
80% of your posts are total tripe, as they are mostly replies to sh1te posts created by the morons that, unfortunately this forum attracts.

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.
