F**kin fuses!! Help!

My brake lights dont work put a new bulb in one of them now none of them work. Iv found where the fuse is suppsosed to be according to the fuse book and theres not even a fuse in there!!!?

Help?!

Sounds like an electrical fault of a simple circuit, you don't need 'vagcom' or anything like that.
