I think this is the first post you've made that I've actually agreed with.

There is a lot to be said for the "North South divide", I'm just glad I've left the rat race behind.

I Tried it, i enjoyed having my southern wage in the North, cheap house, cheap most things. But.....i'm a southener, i like nice clothes, nice eating places, an not being shouted at for being a 'fookin posh southern thingy poofta!' because i refuse to wear shell suits, sign on or drink stella at 11am in the town center whilst my kids piss on the plants.....

that said the new shopping centre in wakeys an improvement on the general impoverished sh!t hole appearence niche they have going on.

Think you will find more shell suit signing on scum down south, after all thats where the looting was, and the shopping centre in wakey is sh!t, give me manchester or leeds any day for the shops, Nice places to eat

wakefield is sh!t, council spend the money in the wrong places, Hepworth gallery is £34million pound turd, Trinity walk is a £100million pound turd

At the same time i love it, great people, good night out and its where im from and i would never change that
