Maybe those late nights doing barwork are having an effect on your proper job!

As said by AudiA8 untill you have done a year you have no rights at all, so they can sack you at anytime without even giving a reason.

So what, yea your boss is being unprofessional, but he is the BOSS and if he dont like ya you will be out!

Everyone is human, even the boss. So sometimes even the boss will overreact and tell you off when it would be much better to pull you aside.
