I should of added that this friend is female... and already has a few houses. SO £60k for a car only!!

She wont do older cars.. as thats just not fashionable. Nothing with 4 doors, or shouty look at me styling. The front runners are R8 and 911 (of some kind).

An R8 does say 'look at me', as everyone knows it's not a cheap car.

agreed... by shouty I was refering to the GT-R type cars with lots of horsepower and stick on halford bits.

drove my mates dad's R8 before he sold it just a couple of months back... its so awesome its unbelievable.. dsg box in it felt great.. sounds amazing.. so comfortable.. all the mod cons (sat nav, climate control etc).. a proper cruising car.. pretty fast as well  :smiley: he had the v8 and i just loved it.. now he just has a Q5 and a merc c class kompressor  :sick:

I don't think anyone who could afford a GT-R would stick anything on from Halfords.

I'd go for an R8 personally but what about a V8 Vantage? :cool:
