My biggest worry would be a tiny piece of grit either gets inside the cover or is on the car. Can you imagine the damage that would do with such a tight fitting cover?

I must admit, they do look great though.

I'd agree 100% with that.

Mind you my garage is so small I would only be able to cover half of the car as the other half is tight up against the wall! If the mk7 is any wider than the mk6, as has been widely reported, there's not much chance of getting one in my tiddly orifice!!!

Put the cover on only after you have washed and waxed it!

Also, make sure you roll the cover up with it's inside facing in when it's not on the car. Don't put it on the floor etc. I'm paranoid about picking up a bit of grit with it.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.
