Hi all.

Just thought id introduce myself.

Im chris, from durham.  Got a 1.4 which i converted into a 1.8T in october last year.  Few mods on it such as:

Rebuilt AGU engine - all new bearings and seals/gaskets
k03s turbo
3" decat Downpipe
de-silenced centre section
remus backbox
Forge silicone intake pipe
pipercross panel filter
3" cold air feed
THS FMIC
Forge 007p with yellow spring
Forge actuator with yellow spring
Charcoal canister delete
Silicon PCV piping
PCV Valve delete to remove prone to failure valve
silicone fuel pipes
312mm brakes
Custom R-Tech spec 2 remap @ 225bhp and 265lbft torque (work in progress)

Set of calibra yellows to go in and 3" maf and back to Nick @ r-tech to finalise mapping.

Body wise:
Coilovers
BBS CH in 18" 8J
225/40/18 tyres - grip is important :)
color coded bump strips and door strips
De-wipered
Painted Rocker Cover and boost pipe
Superpro Polybushed lower arms
Powerflex dog bone mount

Plenty of ICE, carPC etc

Welcome along Chris, I just joined too. Car is looking spot on! How hard was the conversion to do in the end? Do it all yourself?
