Hot starting
« on: 17 September 2011, 10:38 »
Hi all

My 110 gt tdi doesn't like starting when hot. It will start every time but turns over for a good 5-10 seconds before firing. But when it's cold starts straight away.

Any ideas?

Stu

lots and lots of possibilities, read here for a glimpse http://forums.tdiclub.com/showthread.php?t=134622

in short, without getting technical.. you'll most probably fix it by either fitting a switch or some ECU tinkering, but i'd advise you do your own research first.
