Just pulled the Trigger
« on: 13 September 2011, 18:10 »
I just pulled the trigger and ordered the AWE-Tuning K04 Turbo kit and S3 FMIC, AWE TOP and AWE vent mounted boost gauge.  Has any one had any dealings with Regal Autoworks  I am looking to get the GIAC tune on my car from them.   I hope to have everything installed and start going to meets/shows and track days by Mid October. Thanks

I will start a full up build thread on here when I get all the parts and as they go on.  even though I have several parts already installed. Will include dyno and lots of pics to go with it.

Regal is an AWE_Tuning/GIAC dealer I a just getting the tune done from them I am ordering all the Hardware from AWE-Tuning and Having it all shipped to me. Yes it is a pricey upgrade but I think It will be well worth it in the end.

I am looking at about $3,600 = to about £2,300 saving a bit of money paying for it in $$$.  But then again I am American just stationed in the UK with the Air Force.

I'm looking forward to the build thread on this, it should be quite a weapon with that hardware.
Regal have quite a good reputation from what I've read on the mk5 forums but I don't know anyone who's used them.

Thanks.  I can't wait to get this build on the way just a few more weeks and verify that all parts are delivered and ready to get the installs started.  I have about 90% of the parts I want on order or are sitting in the Post Office awaiting my return back to the UK.  The other 10% of the parts are waiting on the wallet to heal a bit
