Okay, seems as though the clubstand is now full, but we could possibly blag 1 or 2 more if required.

I was very impressed by how the Westside boys organised their show last month into Mk's of Golf, and I would like to do the same with the stand.  So if we could all meet up first, and then roll on in that would be great. 

As I'm currently in Hampshire with a piss poor 3G connection and no WiFi to speak of, would anyone on the stand mind organising a meeting place, like Thom has said, maybe a bit of breakfast included, and it needs to be early, otherwise other clubs can/may over run into our slot.

Also forum stickers are a must, JV will (fingers crossed) have a man bag full if them for you guys without them to buy.

There isn't any services as such close by, so it may be a case of paying at the booth and parking up just inside and waiting for the rest. 

Unless anyone else has any better ideas?

I have not been down there yet; I'm pretty sure napsd has i will talk to him tomorrow night at work and see if he has any ideas. I know me napsd and Krazy_K will be meeting up in mildenhal and convoying there (about 90 minutes away.) We all have a Sat Nav so shouldn't be a problem for us to find a designated spot. As long as you guys let us know what time and where we need to be.

Hi Lewy, Following on from conversation earlier today. There is a choice of 2 meet up points:

1. Tesco's car park in Wellingborough, just off the A45. I've spoken to the manager and he is happy with cars meeting up there. However shop is closed and no facilities for brews.

2. Warrington Toll Bar Roundabout Services(BP) on the A 509, between Olney and Bozeat(the shortcut to Santa). I have spoken to the manager and he is more than happy for the cars to meet up. There is an area behind the car wash that can be used. The manager did stipulate no smoking in that area as that is where LPG is stored. There are plenty of other area's to smoke. There are brew facilities on site.

They are both pretty much same distance from Santa. I live close to Warrington Roundabout so I would opt for Warrington.
