Slightly higher mileage than I personly would like (me being fussy) but the mileage is reflected in the price. £11,000.00 is very good for an ed30 on an 08 plate. One thing I would ask is why is this for sale on ebay , because im not sure of the book price but I think he may get more than £11,000 at a dealer.
Take it for a test drive but shop around. I waited around 7 months for the right ed30 to come along. I brought mine back in July privatly for £14000 on an 08 plate with 18000 miles on the clock and a full vw history.
