Towing eye on a mk3 golf cab????

Could anyone tell me if the Vw cab mk3 has a towing eye on the rear as i cant find it....Its a 96 P plate

On the right hand side of the rear bumper, where the exhaust is but on the other sidevif you get me.

There is one piece of plastic on the lower valance that pulls out and there it is.
