I have the times they are allowed as they gave me the TPIs.
I have done their job and similar training in my youth as my uncle setup a large main dealership chain. I also have family and friends who are DSTs and Master Techs.
I also have a few mates who work for the same dealership chain as my car went to and there all fuming before i even show them the arch liner i found tonight.

I'd settle the score with them the Persian way. I'd shoot them!

Just got the car back from the main dealers after a day with a VW fox 55 1.2

1: New wheel arch liner ordered at there cost. they are letting me fit it 

2: New door panel ordered at there cost to replace the one they damaged.

3: Sill jacking points brush painted with black underseal. (I will take a better look later)

4: Waste gate clip still on back order...

Their cost price is a little less I bet the new door panel is expensive though.

I gave them the part number of the part of the arch liner that needed replacing and gave them photos of it and they sent me both bits.

I don't believe it!  
Just had a look at the sills.
They did the edge in black underseal were they lift on (stands out like a sore thumb when you walk towards the car but anyway)
The underseal behind it were the U lifting pad sits and the OEM jack also lifts on that they also broke through the underseal they left untouched even though i covered the holes in red paint so it could not be missed. FFS how stupid can people be.

I dread taking my car anywhere to be "sorted" as you just know it will come back with something else wrong or some ding somewhere!!

They replaced one thing (siren faulty so replaced it) and damaged 6 other things in the process. 1:6 ratio
