Update:
I had mine into the dealers today for the wind noise and I think they've fixed it. They adjusted the door so that it closes more flush with the side of the car, if that makes sense. Before this, when I closed the driver's door, the B-Pillar (shiny black plastic) stuck out more than it did on the passenger side. Now it sits flush.
