not really it depends if he has previous,if it his first offence they will slap his wrist,and with the prisons in the north west being well overcrowded,just hope he gets raped like davis of that film scum when he is in the green house

You will only have to go to court if you are summoned to appear as a witness.

hi sorry to hear about the phone mate,where abouts are you in lancashire as there has been alot of people around my area getting    stabbed for there iphones,the f**king horrible scumbags who need to have there hands chopped off

i dont think im supposed to say yet... i was just wondering if anyone could tell me whether i will have to go to court or not  :undecided:

This wont go to court. The CPS will drop charges due to lack of evidence and then send the little scrote on a well deserved holiday to the caribbean due to the violation of his human rights and the stress that he has had to endure.
......now officially dubless.

When ever I give a statement to the Police after a robbery. I am asked would I be willing to attend court? Did they not ask you this when you gave your statement?

no they didnt ask me this... in fact i told them i dont want the hassle of court
they pushed me into making a statement though
apparently hes pleading not guilty... im guessing there isnt going to be enough evidence for CPS to go ahead with anything?
