1995 2.0 Golf Cabriolet Engine Conversion
« on: 03 September 2011, 13:13 »
Looking at getting a conversion as i've now saved up enough for one and a re spray.
What would be the best/easiest engine to put into my baby?
My mechanic friend is helping me out so cost shouldn't be too bad.
Just needed some advice? as i want some more power but don't want to have to do too much work!
thanks in advance

2 much work? defeats the object. vr6 is the best way to go. but you will have to put some "work" in!! WORTH it in the end !!!!

Vr6 is the best choice, easy to do and sounds awesome.
