Enlarge an image without photoshop? - CAN SOMEONE DO IT FOR ME?

Hi guys I have an image that I would really like turned into a landscape canvas but the image needs to enlarged without loosing too much quality. any ideas?
Ideally I would like the image to onto a 36''x16'' canvas.  They mentioned that the image should be at least 1mb. Mines not half of that.
Im a bit lost! 
any help or advice from you photoshop peeps would be great!

you'll probably be able to get away with a canvas print, but it's going to look like a watercolour as there simply isn't enough information in the original to start off.

download  gimp and do it youself.

its basically photoshop but its free.

simple to use should have it done in 2 mins.

i would have done it but i reset laptop to factory settings so nolong have it and cba to download it again

I've resized it but when the image is enlarged to the dimensions of the canvas it doesn't scale correctly so is slightly skewed.

hi, I think you'll be disappointed enlarging a camera phone pic up to 36" wide.

If you still want to give it a go, here's it 36" x 26" original aspect ratio:

You'll always end up with pixelation when you enlarge. To begin with, you need an image with high enough resolution for it. You can always downsize, but you should never enlarge as there isn't the data bigger than what you have.
