I have the same kit Rich but in older packaging. Only thing it could do with is a new case as the clips have gone but your one has the better metal versions. I've done all the work on the Golf and my ERST with it

Metal ones ain't that much better, my box is now in 2 halfs, god knows where receipt is

Crazy.. Do they do toolkit insurance?

I dont have tool kit insurance. If anyone nicks anything Ill stick they're nuts in a vice and pop them....
If I loose or break anything I get it replaced like for like

ive also got teh 150 piece set and its great has everything you need, did buy a breaker bar as well but really good bit of kit

Decent quality for the money, I have some sets from this range, the only thing that broke on the 1/4" set was the case

Rich that Halfords Professional set is fine for working on a Mini. I bought my socket set about 14 years ago and it's still going strong with no problems at all. Standard use will not break it. Hitting it with a hammer generally just causes small nicks in the surface of the tools
