lOOks damn good to me! But it doesn't half lOOk weird from the front, with no splitter. What type and where d'ya get the wheels? Found out one my OZ 15's is buckled. The car is lowered, so was going to try 16's, so i don't get any scrapage, but yours wheels lOOk well tasty.

I best put splitter back on soon its been off for a week or two now! was going to colour code bumper over the weekend, and not sure about splitter coded too.

In the flesh, they look a bit better than the RS4's, but in pictures you can hardly tell difference.

Nearly all the wheels on that site should look good on golf. I maybe should have gone for Audi TT 'Chunky' 5 spokes as they look harder, like below. 16's won't catch and my 17's don't catch either now, but I had to increase height a little.

Glad you have posted your pic off car on site helps alote im doing exactly the same as you.Have bought fk coilovers going on fri morning on my p reg 3 door mk3 golf. I also have 17" on mine i am planing to take plastic arches off as well i understand they come off easy have looked at other helpfull views off people. One question when you take front arch off did you cut the small block off that is attached to arch that starts the door trim thing im sure you know what i mean. So you would recomend 50 at front ant 40 on back to start with then go from there. Thanks for any help CHEERS. Where do you live it looks like kent to me

I wound AK's down to a lower setting when fitting to give me more room, then back up to 50/40 as an alright start point, but may have adjusted 5 - 10 mm, at the most, since then.

Each plastic arch is a doddle to remove by HAND (no cutting!) Just drill off the heads of the three rivets, and loosen/remove by hand, pulling mostly from the lower wing area (where the holes are on my bottom pics) You then need to replace (steal!) the 'bump' strips on the wings from a 3door non-gti to cover the holes, carefully removing the long rear one with 'GTI' written on. Pointless explaing it all cos its really easy.

I've got some tasty side skirts to go on, I got the pair for £10, but I like the look with no side skirts at all. Smoother. I'm gonna paint em green, then see what they look before I properly attach them.
