Well it would seem the old girl has had a slight issue since I have had her 

and I put it down to being a diesel and taking ages to warm up, circa 8-9 miles. 

but the thermostat hasnt been fully closing for a fair while going by the marks inside 

and had then failed fully open on satdee. 

So today I had a new one fitted, some nice fresh anti freeze, and they even fixed the seeping from the bleed point

Bang goes this months overtime money 

at least it is sorted

proved a soot chucker have leave a perfect 11's for about 30 foot down the road 

might need some new tyres Tomorrow  :embarassed:

Knowing Chuff, I'm guessing the 11's were caused by a rather enthusiastic burst of acceleration, rather than stamping on the brakes
