Hi, has anyone had this problem? Both esp and tyre pressure warning lights are on and stay on. Pressing the reset/onoff buttons doesn't do anything. Its a December 06 Gti with 29k. cheers

Sounds like there may be a problem with an abs sensor or worse case scenario a problem with your abs pump.
Get your car scanned to see what fault code is stored.

Hi,
just been told by VW that its showing error code G202 which they tell me is a 'rotation rate sensor'. quoting me £700 to have it replaced. Anyone had this problem. they say the good news is that its not the ABS pump (yet).

Ouch. Where in country are you based? VW will always charge you much more than a good local VAG specialist. There is no NEED to take it to VW.
