That doesn't look good I would get the dealer check it out.
No the front camber isn't adjustable like the rear.
Those white lines would worry me as they look like cord lines.
Its a pity they use directional tyres else you could reverse them to even the wear up?
How many miles have those tyres done?
I'm on 18k miles.
If the camber isn't adjustable then it looks like it has either been set wrong at the factory?!? Or some component is damaged.
The steering is straight as a die although since I have noticed my tyre in such a bad condition I've also noticed my steering wheel is slightly off centre when going straight! I presume its been like this since new and I've never noticed it.
If you mean cord lines as in "the fabric of the tyre is coming through" then yes it is
