basic setting>  engine constants 1.

try changing " squirts per engine cycel"  from 1 to 4    it should like that a lot better
all the VW's have gone bar 1.

OK thanks mate, im going to get a new injector rail aswell, people seem to think my injectors could be knackered, as someone's giving me there map which is a 2.0l 16v and it's still the same. if someones got one with injectors and the plug let me know!

anothe rpossoblity that chould cause it to run really awfull is   the ignition output you can set it to inverted or not depending on how you are driveing the coil,   if it set to the wrong one you can get an engine to run but the actual point of ignition is nolonger really controlled so weird stuff  can happen just try quickly swaping it over and see if it makes a massive inprovement
