so...
6-8 weeks later
the neproxen didnt work and proved to be a pointless excersize for me,and went back to
the doc's,(still not had an MRI).
the pain is as bad as it was and the doc has referred me to a physiotherapist and im half was through a 6week waiting period untill
my appointment.
if this dosnt work the next step is aprrently the spinal clinic....
so pain is at a high, waking up in the night due to pain is almost every f**king night
and not no posistion i sit in is comfy, thoroughly pissed off.

Depending on the area, some NHS physios are really time restricted so you wait ages for instructions on how to do the exercises. Have you thought about private physio?

About £50-60 per go, I think. Depends on what needs doing etc.

It's gotta be better than waiting around.

+1 Sod waiting around if your in pain like that. Book up a decent osteopath as soon as.
