Get yourself down there now. Be prepared for a bit of a wait as it's a Saturday night!

You do need someone to examine you properly though, and as I said, they'll sort you out with some stronger anaesthesia, so it's the only option. Good luck and let us know how you get on :)

hopefully you reported to your boss as an injury at work otherwise they may not pay you for time off.

Ouch, one of the guys I work along side just had 6 weeks off work due to back problems caused at work. Get yourself seen to as it will get worse.

Make sure your mattress isn't too soft as that will cause problems with back support too.
80% of your posts are total tripe, as they are mostly replies to sh1te posts created by the morons that, unfortunately this forum attracts.

Manning up is exactly what got him into this mess!

Now be a real man and get yourself to the walk-in!

Hope you're getting on ok.. I'm a physio, I would say get yourself down to GP soon if you're getting leg symptoms which suggest nerve root compression from a herniated disc. Definately get yourself to A&E straight away if you get saddle ansasthesia (abnormal sensation around your groin/pants area/bladder/bowel problem). I would advise against complete 'bed rest' and would certainly say keep yourself moving within comfort of course and certainly advise you to avoid things that aggravate it i.e lifting 11 gallons!

Besides that, I cant really advise more without a proper assessment. Hope things sort themselves out soon for you pal.
