Recommend me a metal shed
« on: 17 August 2011, 20:01 »
Looking to buy something like this http://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/yardmaster-10-x-9-metal-shed/path/sheds.

Need to store the kart in the garden, this would be perfect. However I'm looking to spend as little as possible. Needs to be 10ft by 7ft at the very least.

My grandad had one to store his 1960 triumph in. Really bad idea! Massive amounts of condensation in metal sheds. May not be too bad storing a kart in it but personally I wouldnt risk it. Even his tool boxes if left open were full of water after it dripped into them.

Really? I've just been told that they're a great idea, and they're weatherproof so inside stays nice and dry and warm if a heater is put inside too.

Ideally I'd like a gazeebo with sides, that way I can take it to race weekends too, however the metal shed looks a bit more presentable in the garden.
