yeah take glove box out and the undertray bit and it opens it all up, you will be able to see everything!

LOL tricks of the trade... fortunately i worked for rac auto-windscreens so getting door panels off etc came easy to me but yeh soon has u take the glove box off and under tray my wire was sat there i need a new 1 unfortunately but there cheap enough

and as wayne says get a usb HU or get one of these : (depending on your make of HU)

ok guys slight problem........ so i took of the glove box, but in the process iv lost the tiny little black clip that when you shut the glove box its what the front clips in to to keep it shut. does anybody know what i mean? as in now my glovebox wont stay shut as theres nothing for it to clip on to, does any kind kind person have one of these or direct me in the way of one? its just a tiny plastic thing? cheers all

whoops u probs cud get 1 from a scrap yard 4 3 ;) or ebay 4 20p in the mean time bit of blue tack or stuff sum card board down side of it 2 keep it shut

maybe i just cant see the wire? if i take pics of underneath maybe you guys could point out if you see it? and yeh i thought i needed to take that off mate because it comes off with the center screw!

ill b honest i tuk that owt aswel but didnt loose it  :tongue: maybe my wire sudnt have bin there hangin down but it woz and it comes in 2 parts i need the part from the head unit to the middle part which i have found on amazon 4 £5 brand new
