Stick with the Mk3 mate!

Not driven a 6 but the 4's are real dogs except the R32, the 5's are ok they drive nice but no excitement!

Mk4 1.8t ftw the one, leagues ahead of the mk3 and a remap will get it flying

Or think outside of the box and get a Octavia vRS or Bora

I've seen some very tastefully modded bora's and the saloon shape lends itself well to lowering, plenty around too.
