are all hub carriers the same??
« on: 10 August 2011, 21:16 »
Hi guys, had my mulberry vr6 for some time now.  the positive camber on the nearside front wheel has been annoying me since ownership so I put it into garage and it turns out it's the hub carrier.....

My mechanic says i'm talking 200 quid for a new one, i'd like to avoid that....

are all mk3 hub carriers the same?  where am i best finding an alternative, so far ebay not helping me.

cheers guys..

Pull the camber out a bit?  Its adjustable with the two top bolts on the strut.

see that's what i wanted the mechanic to do.  I thought the golf camber was adjustable but he says it's not?
It does have a bilstein set up, i don't know if that's anything to do with this, although i'd have thought it was even more so able to be adjusted.
