Parliment are getting together to discuss the problems of the riots on Thursday    Is it just me that thinks Thursday seems a long time away and there could be alot of damage prevented if the police were given free reign to make educated decisions on the best coarse of action for any certain situation... Miss Selfridges in Manchester has now been reported to be on fire
