ha ha no, cheeky bugger

Basically I bought a bumper for my dad's Shogun off somebody advertising through ebay (unfortunately not through Paypal) and said bumper was described as "mint"
Bumper arrived and is in a shocking state and far from mint. I contacted the company and they are now telling me it was mint before they sent it and the courier has caused the damage. They apparently had photos of the bumper before it was sent so I called his bluff and asked for them. Nothing has arrived. Now this company used a different name to start with and now the purchase on my statement shows as "Used Jap Parts UK and a phone number. The phone number doesn't exist and a bit of digging reveals that these f**k*rs have been up to this type of scamming under at least three different guises. I was not provided with an invoice like I was told I would be so I don't have an address for them but I have an idea of where they are trading from as it shows up via search engines when you input "Parts R Us Ltd" and "Easy Jap Parts Ltd"
Now I'm not going to let this lie as my old man is £265 out of pocket. Granted we have a bumper but it needs a full paint to get it anywhere near looking mint. I can't return it under distance selling as I can't find the address or phone number to give them notice of me doing this and TBH I know they will just keep the bumper and sell it again without reimbursing me. Any calls I make to the mobile number I have now is being ignored so I'm literally clueless of what to do next bar finding out where they trade from, going up ther and wrapping it round the sneaky cnuts heads.
