Erm... i bought it like that  :huh: The guy works in services for my local VW dealer, i'll find out cos i've got a growing list of q'ns for him.  :laugh:

If you could find out would be great. We also have a friend who works at the main dealer and can get a discount, so i'll ask him to get a price too and we can compare!

Hayley - aint you learnt yet - this lot will never give ya an honest answer! And dont believe me all the time! :grin:

You call it Majestic - i was told its Mystic Blue.

Now if it is the same colour - then mine too looks purple in certain lights. In bright sunshine i can see about 10 different hues from blue to purple.

But thats the beauty of it! So why worry? Its a great colour! And as long as you like it then COOL!!

I think it really is Mystic, but stupid me got the wrong colour into my head and now I keep saying it. But hey, its original. Does anyone else have a Majestic Blue? He he Me all over eh!  :huh:

It looks a bluey purple to me. I like it anyhow.
Makes me wish I had kept my Mk3.

VW has some strange colour names though. My first Mk2 was called Polar Metallic Silver, but if you asked anyone, they would say it was gold. The various MOT certs had it listed as gold, silver and brown!
