sorry if its a stupid question, im used to small blocks so not 100% clued up on the tall blocks

Yes, port spacings and studs are all the same, although the block is shorter, so might cause interference with the rack.
TBH unless you have a ported PB head on it I wouldn't get too excited about the powah it will unleash.
