112mph - no mods or upgradesÂÂÂ
Had to back off cos there was a corner!! Reckon 115mph is doable. Just need to people to stay in their lanes and not pull out!!ÂÂÂ

Hi All,
Had 119 out of mine last weekend on a downhill section of the M4 Between Swindon and Newbury. Had to back off because I didn't like the sound the engine was making, whining away.
Nearly blew the 'rkin cylinder head gasket!
My dad runs a 2000 Volvo V70 and that'll happily sit at 120 for hours, grr
Bloody Volvo Drivers!
Of course I'm not advocating breaking the speed limit!

Had 112mph before I had to slow cos someone pulled out infront of me (on a runway of course). Could have gotten more out of it. Its had a bit of a service, new tappets, GTi cam, carb sorted so may squeeze a bit more out of it....

there are some pretty rapid drivers by the sounds of it
i got to about 105 once but the suspension was so old it was too scary so i backed off
remember to take the 10% off for speedo inaccuracies

Think my speedo reads too high! Went past a police display thing (displays your speed) and it was 2-3 mph too high compared to my speedo!
