how would i be able to remove the camshaft pulley bolt, and the head is separate to the block

& also again how do i remove the crank pulley damper bolts without the timing belt on  :huh:

finnaly the gearbox (4speed 1.3) isnt releasing from the block, all bolts are out but it only moves out like 3-4 inches and not anymore

help would be greatful

Gearbox; Last gearbox I struggled with I forgot to remove a piece of cover plate at the back that was stopping it coming off all the way, was held on by two small bolts (8mm heads I think).

Camshaft pulley bolt; Put a screwdriver through the pulley onto the top of the head to hold the pulley still. Put something on the head to protect it, piece of wood or something.

Crank pulley damper bolts; When the box is off, jam the flywheel.

thank you for the advice  :smiley: :smiley:, btw if the crank pulley damper bolts are slightly / rusted how would i remove those..? as they'd round off easily  :huh:
