I dunno about you guys but i am becomming a propper fan of the sh*t that gets posted on the Honest John Forum.

Seriously, it brightens my day to read some of the ridiculous comments that get posted every morning when i get to work!

It concerns me somewhat that we share our roads with these toss*rs and that they consider them selves petrol heads. I would love to see what some of them look like! I can only imagine!

Anyway i propose i create a Honest John Forum fan site to showcase the frustrating comedy in all its glory. Some of it is so damn funny! Watching them argue ridiculous points and attack people who ask quite straight forward mechanical questions.

I will create a site in true Honest John style listing the top 10 most ridiculous threads which we can update when new ones are posted - every bloody day then!!! We can have their thread and then our comments - anomomous of course underneith. It will be great and very funny to read! If i can get it up there on the search engines it will appear next to the real forum site! Of course they will be able to do f*ck all about it and we can post links to it on there forum.

I need you guys to help tho.

Please e-mail me or post on this topic the funniest threads and your comments. I'll build the site and get it up and running asap!

Also if you guys can think of a name for the site, suggestions welcome. I thought of Axis of Honest John!? We can vote on the best name.

Yes, i think the 'fan'site sounds great. i'd be well up for helping out with stuff. i could do a little column called 'wan**r of the week' but i suppose with that title there would be a few candidates.

I look forward to slating 'honest(!) john' and asking if he really does think all the advertisers that pay him are very good (warranty direct? everyone knows they're crap),He sounds bezza mates with them all. I love it so much that he's a second hand car dealer and as mark rlbs says 'he's honest in everything he says!!!!!!!. but hey lets not disagree shall we.....

And check out his glasses.. what the hell are they - is he a part time welder???

Nah, Glen he doesnt get under my skin, i just find stuff on it that i cant believe. it makes me laugh that all the old nobbers really buy into it.

Hey guys.

Great to know i am not alone! We got some great ideas going on. I'll work on the site when i can but it may be a couple of weeks before its finished!

It will be damn funny. I was laughing to my self at work today reading Pimpster's comments. So funny. So true!

I think mark(RLBS) will have his own section listing his greatest dumb ass views and comments. I can also see him becoming a regular in Wa*ker of the week!!!

No rules on the site either. We will have a forum for whatever we wanna post. Not serious car stuff coz thats what this is for but just stuff to irritate the hell out of em! Anyone that wants to contriute to the site can. If you wanna write pages, columns, articles or responces, just send to me and i'll give you a section.

I get a basic look and layout sorted and we'll take it from there.

Not sure about the name yet. Have got some good ones now. Like, Pimpster's reallybadcaradvice.com and Honestbobdodgycardealer.com. Think i'll wait till we got loads and we'll hold a poll to vote for the one we want. Keep em comming. Needs to be something thats not to blatent an attack at honest john. I don't wanna end up in court!!!
