Hi mate,

I take it you'll not be needing that sticker as your car is anti-tune?

Seems that way mate, I'm still hoping that Nick hears back from Alientech and it's another reason for the error, can you remind him to try and find out first thing Monday please?  I'm going to speak to Superchips too as they have a money back policy if the ECU is protected.

Cheers,

Jim

Yes mate, no problem - you can only try

As with most anti-tune ECU's you dont normally get the bad news until you try to upload the modded file

On the later anti-tune fitted around mid-2010 like in my car you cant get any information at all via the OBD from the start.

Tell me about it, i've been p1ssing about for ages finding reasons not to get a map, the Doc helped me out and gave loads of advice then only to be dashed by anti-tune.

I'm now really annoyed

I don't want a removal of the ECU remap whilst it's still in warranty. I'm going to try Superchips and Revo and if they dont work then I might throw my toys out and get a new car
