i have the 007 on mine, currently running the yellow spring in it and i have a K&n induction kit thats relocated to behind the bumper

i never ran the car with the crap plastic bosch DV because i fitted the 007 when i installed the engine so i cant comment on how it was with the old one in place, but its a must have on any mapped AMK / BAM and im suprised yours has not already been changed. id do it now mate or as soon as money lets you

i get a great sound as it puts the air back into the induction kit, and i dont mean a silly chav Whooosh noise :laugh:

thanks mate,  :smiley: do you have a oo7 or split r valve on your car? wanting to no the benofits, thinkin of getting one.

you want the 007p NOT the spit R otherwise you'll have issues

007p is what was fitted on mine and it was great no problems and forge do kits so you can change the spring and fine tune with springs  :smiley:
Mk4 Golf GTI anniversary and mk6 golf tdi :)

mate we will all have to hook up for the RR day and do a convoy down to Manc, their will be me, my mate in his G40 polo, Ben in his VR GTI, and you all coming from Leeds area

.Yea we could do,ment to be meeting dom aswel. Av got a question my temp gauge isn't going up to 90 just sits at around 45 av changed the temp sensor,do you think it could be the thermostat?
