hey dude did i drive past you the other day? on the Alton to Bordon road? Fecking nice motor if it was you! (I was in helios blue 16v going the other way).

As for someone who knows what they're talking about I'd say speak to charlie at GolfTek in Wrecclesham near Farnham but I wouldnt recommend taking your pride and joy there, bit of an arthur dailey type.  As for servicing and stuff why not do it yourself? Oil plugs and filters change is an easy task to perform at home.

Theres Designadubs in Popley, although heard varying storys about them and cant actually speak from any personal experience of them.

Kings garage in South Warnborough (Alton to Odiham road) is run by a couple of old boys and they are trusted by many, my old man takes his merc there and swears by them - worth a look?

Failing that Ill do it for you for beer money lol!

I've got a friend who works in a garage down the a32 towards Fareham , he really knows what he's talking about, would recommend him to anyone. He's been very into modding golfs himself for over 10 years now and I always go to him for advice, the garage is C J Spratts, PM me if you want to know any other details or anything

I live in Ash Vale up the road from a few of you and need some help fitting a speedo cable and new bulb + holders on my instrument cluster, it just a problem of time, tools and somewhere to do it really so here's a huge shout for someone to give me a hand please  :embarassed:
The same goes for when time comes to fit some goodridge hoses
Just got so much to do at work and decorating at home I can barely find the time to do anything to my car
